Woodies® Ultimate
The Woodies Ultimate range has been developed based on the experience we've built up over the past decades. This collection consists of a series of screws that can be used universally or for very specific applications.
Properties
In addition to the generic properties listed below, many Woodies Ultimate screws have highly innovative features, making them suitable as replacements for other fasteners. Woodies screws offer a range of properties that meet the requirements of professional users.
• Extra deep Torx impression
This provides extra grip when the bit is inserted into the Torx impression.
• Milling ribs under the head
This removes the material, allowing the head to be countersunk more effectively. (An exception to this is the hinge screw, which lacks milling ribs to prevent damage to hinges and other hardware.)
• Shaft ribs and threads
Ensures that screws can be driven into the wood more easily and quickly; this reduced resistance during driving reduces the risk of breakage and damage to wood or hardware. And importantly, the batteries you use last longer.
• The special point
This eliminates the need for pre-drilling in most cases, making the Woodies-Ultimate suitable for almost any type of wood. This point allows the screw to "grip" into the wood more easily, reducing the risk of splitting during installation.
• Free bit
To make the Woodies Ultimate product even more complete, every package includes a free bit. This bit ensures that the screws can be easily machined.
• Recognition: The letter 'W' in the headline
This feature in all Woodies screws guarantees quality together with all quality marks.
• Quality marks
All Woodies Ultimate screws carry the CE mark, which is issued based on a technical assessment: European Technical Assessment.
• Chromium 6-free
All screws in the wide range of the Woodies Ultimate brand are free of Chromium 6. Environmental considerations have always been a key factor in developing the Woodies Ultimate brand.
