To process repairs or returns as smoothly and efficiently as possible, we have established an RMA procedure. You can use the RMA form on this page to submit a request to return an item purchased from us.
Once you have completed this RMA form in full and emailed it to info@handelsondernemingkremer.com, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt.
In the event of a Repair order, you will receive a confirmation email with a Service Order within one working day.
In the case of a return order, your request will first be reviewed by the sales department, and you will receive a response within two business days. We will only accept returns in new condition and complete in the original packaging. If an agreement is reached regarding the return, you will be notified by email.
