The professional 6mm die grinder has a 6mm drill diameter and features an extended shaft. This allows you to reach deeper and more difficult areas more easily. With this die grinder, you can grind, polish, finish, matt-finish, and deburr. The die grinder is 25.6 cm long and weighs 0.7 kilograms. Its average air consumption is 312 l/min and it operates at a working pressure of 6.2 bar. It also has an RPM of 25,000 per minute. Thanks to the composite housing, the die grinder is not only lightweight but also fits comfortably and securely in your hand. This allows you to work comfortably and steadily. The die grinder comes with a manual, two keys, and two hoses. The hoses are Euro and Orion. The die grinder itself has a 1/4" connection into which the hoses can be screwed. This allows the pneumatic tool to be connected directly to the compressor hose using (safety) couplings.

Use and maintenance

When connecting the die grinder to the compressor, always add a teaspoon of oil to the die grinder's air inlet first. This keeps the machine well-lubricated. Also, regularly check the air inlet for blockages. Failure to do so will damage the machine. There's a lever with a button underneath. First, press the button to unlock the assembly, and then press the lever to start the die grinder.
