During the concrete pour, air inevitably becomes trapped in the concrete and between the concrete and the formwork. To minimize air entrapment in the concrete mix, vibratory technology can be used during the pour. This technology rapidly moves the solids in the concrete back and forth, effectively liquefying them and filling the voids by expelling the trapped air. This Hoozar Concrete vibrator is the perfect solution. This is visible on the surface as rising air bubbles. Furthermore, the vibration rotates the granules within the concrete mix, resulting in a more compact arrangement.
